Bunny Breathing 

 

This one is easy and fun.
  It is great to do with children when they are acting unfocused and scattered or just need to be brought in to center.
I use it when I am feeling overwhelmed or when I feel like my energy is all over the place. 
It helps to clean out your body.
After you use it a few times, you will find that it helps in many difficult situations.
The first few times you do it, you may feel a bit dizzy...so no driving while bunny breathing until you don't get dizzy anymore.

All you do is sniff in 3 short quick breaths through your nose.
Then you exhale through your mouth making the HAAAAAAAAA sound.
Repeat it a few times.
After I do it, I like to take a couple of deep yogic breaths.
