To understand this further, think of your desire as personal energy.  To use the candle, one must cleanse it first and consecrate it properly to receive its user's energy or desire.  Cut or poke a hole into the top of the candle and fill with the appropriate herbs and oils.
 
    
 Next, cleanse (or clear) yourself with a spiritual bath.  You can, again, add oils to the bath to enhance the effect, and/or burn a correlating incense in the room while you are taking the bath.  Hold the candle between the palms of both hands and focus on it.  Pray for your desire, that is, transfer your energy through prayer into the candle.
Your candle is now empowered and ready to release your energy into the spiritual realm.
As the candle, which molds your desire.  Participation is required on your part to stay focused on the positive out come.  Consistent payer ( booster energy ) while the candle burns ( 3 to 7 days ) will hasten the development and invoke the change in energy.  Through your participation and prayer, the energy is received on a higher level. Change is precipitated which symbolizes gestation or growth, and finally the re-birth which is the physical manifestation originally desired.
Anyone can do it, even you!  You don't need any special powers, only a desire and sincere, honest effort to follow these simple rules.  You must believe it will work or don't even bother.
