Reiki
I started on the path to healing and wanting to be a healer out of necessity. I was in a bad motorcycle accident and was put back together by a massage therapist and a chiropractor. I was so impressed with the knowledge of these professional people that I wanted to be like them. I tried the doctors and pills etc ....none of that worked. So I went to massage school. In school I met my first Reiki Teacher. She was nice and really seemed to want some of the same things I did. So I went all of her classes and paid a lot of money. Only to find out she was not such a nice person and she was greedy. I found out that you cannot charge a bunch of money for something EVERYBODY already has. All an attunement does is align your chakras. I use the symbols because they are sacred. I give you the symbols as a gift. They are already published everywhere. I send you love and light and the symbols.
The attunement opens all of your chakras. You should drink more water, eat light and healthy, limit alcohol , tobacco and non-prescription drugs during the period right before and after the attunement. You may have some detoxifying after the attunement, make sure to give yourself daily Reiki treatments. This will lessen the effects of the detox. This is what Level I is, self healing. Of course you can work on other people too. The hand positions are posted in the book. When you first start doing Reiki sessions I would recommend you use them. Kind of a routine. Then you can branch out from there. I do a lot of scanning and balancing testing when I do sessions on other people, which allows me to go problem areas. Your kids, pets, and plants are a great place to start, they love it!
Long distance healing available in chat every Monday and Thursday night at 10 pm. in chat. Come and join your energy with ours for the healing of mother and all life! Miracles happen everyday!
As more people awaken to the knowledge that we are all one and can heal anything, the money will no longer be a question. We will just always freely, without ego, give all of ourselves and all the energy that flows through us to all, with love and reverence. One!
Love, Pagan

Cho Ku Rei (cho koo ray) is calles the "power" symbol, "energy notes from God", and is sometimes nicknamed "the light switch". The Cho Ku Rei can be used to "turn the Reiki on", as well as turn up the energy hence power symbol. Many practitioners use it to open the channels of the Reiki energy and help start the Reiki flowing. Some do this by drawing it on the palms of the hands, others simply by visualizing the symbol and saying it aloud, or mentally three times. Three is said to be a power number and the number of creativity. By using the name of the symbol, (any symbol) as a mantra and repeating it three times while drawing it once, you are further empowering it.
The clockwise Cho Ku Rei is said to connect to the heavens and the counter clockwise to the earth. They are often used together when the purpose is to energize another symbol. Experiment with drawing them both ways, and find the one that resonates and feels the best to you.
Cho Ku Rei may be used in hands on and distance healing. Many Practitioners feel that CKR is meant to be used with all other symbols. You can do this by starting with a Cho Ku Rei, drawing which ever other syblos you feel are appropriate, and ending with a Cho Ku Rei, or, you may draw a Cho Ku Rei, the next symbol, a Cho Ku Rei, next symbol, etc.-from my Level I Reiki Book
I draw two of these, towards each other
This is the way I was thaught.
Cho Ku Rei is derived form the symbol Mao son meaning power. Another meaning of CKR is "Reiki now flows in this place." An additonal esoteric meaning, a realization of the Buddha nature, represents the spiritual awakening within the material body. Cho Ku Rei is an ideogram - a pictorial depiction of a specific idea. This symbol is derived from the kanji ideogram Hum and the Japanese symbol Mao meaning to Choku to fix Rei miracle.-from a friend

Sei Hei Ki (say hay key) is known as the mental/emotional symbol and also as the harmony symbol. It is used to heal mental and emotional habits that no longer work for the individual and emotional mental distress.
