In every Page Settings and every TEXT/HTML Module there is a place to enter Search Terms. Keywords placed here help optimize exposure to Search Engines when they come through looking for entries to index. Pages also have a Description Area.

Also in your Site Settings there are two places where you can fill in Search Terms and a Description for your portal. Do it! The Description will be included in our Master Portal List as well as the Default Language for your Portal... This will help you get found by users searching for your group.

Once you've filled in as many search terms as you can go back to Site Settings and Find the Site Marketing section. This is where you can submit your portal to be indexed to three different search engines (Yahoo, Google and Microsoft Live Search). Do not change the settings for Site Map. The more portals we have following this simple procedure the more exposure the entire group of portals will get.
