Example #1: Lets say you have a HomeBusiness website someplace else and simply want to include links to it here. As long as your Homebusiness Website is not selling anything illegal, immoral, fraudulent... etc etc, there is nothing to stop you from doing so.

Example #2: Lets say you want to build a referal page to sell a product for somebody else and make a commision. Again, as long as the product is not illegal, fradulent, porn, etc etc, there is nothing to stop you.
