Who Am I
Modified By Mimi on 12/15/2008 6:12:23 PM)

 WHO AM I

Many students have gone to their teachers asking for a way to reach self-realization and walked away with a very simple question/mantra to repeat while sitting in meditation, sometimes for months sometimes for years.

This simple question asked of the self and simultaneously, of the Universe, holds the power to unlock all that the Inner Self holds.

The question is: Who Am I

One can merely repeat the mantra over and over again and receive benefit, but when repeated with intent and focus,

great strides in self-awareness can be made.

For one week, one month, one year, one lifetime...whatever you choose...ask the question: Who Am I whenever you can. Meditation time is a great time to ask, but try asking at all different times. I do it while driving and waiting in line or for water to boil. You get the point. Yoga is great on the mat, but it is important to live yoga=union. So ask in as many different situations as you can.

Namaste,
Mimi
